Joe Grant, PT, ATC, EdM

Joe received his Physical Therapy degree from the State University of New York in 1989. He also received his Master's Degree in Education and Athletic Training from the State University of New York in 1987. He has been a teaching assistant in Muscle Energy Courses. Julie Giffin, PT

Julie earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont in 1999. She continues to take a broad range of physical therapy courses. Review Resumé.

Tammy DeFreest, Clinic Assistant

Tammy is a lifelong Vermont resident who moved to the Mad River Valley in 1993. Prior to joining Back To Action Physical Therapy she worked as a veterinary assistant at a local animal hospital. She also has experience as a corporate executive assistant. Tammy is an avid horseback rider and lives in Warren with her husband and four daughters.

Kelly Wood, Billing Manager

Kelly earned her BS in Accounting from Champlain College in 1994. She was a CPA in the Accounting and Audit department of Gallagher, Flynn and Company in Burlington, VT prior to working in private industry as a Financial Analyst and Controller. Kelly also worked in the accounting and operations departments of Sugarbush Ski Resort, Vermont, and Snowbird Ski Resort in Salt Lake City, Utah. She currently volunteers at the Vermont Ski Museum and is a past treasurer of the Make A Wish Foundation of Vermont.
